REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions available to you is determined by your chosen package, and you can request revisions as specified in your package details. Our commitment to delivering top-notch services means we will continue revising until your requirements are met. No additional charges will apply if the design concepts remain unchanged. You can expect your revised design within 48 hours.
Please note that any changes or revisions requested after finalizing the logo designs will be treated as a new order and will be subject to separate charges.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Smart Etech Solutions’ refund policy applies as follows:  
  1. Refunds will not be provided for special packages.
  2. Once the primary design concept is approved, no refunds will be issued.
  3. If revisions have been requested, refunds are not applicable.
  4. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations unrelated to the company.
  5. No contact with the company for over 2 weeks into the project will void the refund policy.
  6. Violations of the company’s policies will render the refund policy null.
  7. Refunds will not be given if another company or designer has been engaged for the same project.
  8. Incomplete creative briefs will exclude clients from refund eligibility.
  9. Requests for complete design changes are not eligible for refunds.
  10. Refund claims beyond the specified time frame will not be accepted.
  11. Business closure, name changes, or operational shifts do not warrant refunds.
  12. Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a “change of mind” or non-service-related issues.
  13. If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a specific service, only that service is eligible for a refund, not the entire bundle.
  14. Refunds will not be available after 15 days from the date of purchase.
  15. Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
  16. For websites, approval of the design and commencement of development voids the refund option.
 
Note: Smart Etech Solutions reserves the right to reject projects or terminate contracts when deemed necessary. After a refund, you lose rights to use the designs, as they become the sole property of Smart Etech Solutions.

REFUND CLAIM PROCESS

To initiate a refund claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Alternatively, you can send us an email.


Once we receive your refund request, we will promptly respond. After a thorough analysis, the refund process will be initiated. Please be aware that after a refund, you no longer have rights to any designs provided by Smart Etech Solutions. The relevant information will be submitted to the appropriate Copyright Acquisition authorities to maintain legal compliance.

DELIVERY POLICY

Your complete order will be sent to the designated account on the specified date mentioned in the Order Confirmation. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email. Turnaround times are in accordance with the selected package, with a minimum of 2 business days. For urgent orders, please contact our customer support team.

Smart Etech Solutions maintains records of finalized designs to ensure that, in case of any order misplacement, you can be provided with the exact file.
